オンラインでの手続き締切についてと同窓会の当日配信について

いよいよ、２０年ぶりの同窓会が一週間後となりました！ MSU-Aに思い出のある学生だった私たち、１期から１１期生まで、そして職員さん、父母の会の方、在学中お世話になったあんな人やこんな人・・・総勢７０名以上が集まることとなりました。 直近となりますが、あらためていくつかのお知らせをさせてください。

オンラインでの手続きは9月18日迄

運営が少人数での準備となり、申込締め切りも複数回にわたりましたが、オンライン上での手続きは9月18日をもって終了となります。 お手続きがまだの方は、9月18日23時59分までにお願いします。

同窓会の様子を配信しながらの、Zoomオンライン同窓会開催のお知らせ

当日はこれない、という方から「オンライン配信はないの？」とのお問い合わせをいただいてました。

運営メンバーも少数で、人手がないことから実施は難しいと思っておりましたが、「是非開催したい」とZoom同窓会実施のホスト役を名乗りでていただきました。 以下、Zoom同窓会ホストを務められる、松田リサさん（11期生）からメッセージを預かっているので、お知らせします。 Message from Risa

Hello MSUA Families! We are excited to announce the virtual MSUA reunion via zoom! If you live far away from Akita, but want to connect with your old friends, this will be a great option! Please fill out the online form to register your name and contact information. You will receive the zoom link and password via email by September 22 (Friday). The registration is first come first serve. Since the zoom capacity is total 100 participants, please fill out the participation ASAP. You can select from 3 options of the virtual reunion participations. (1) Join 17:00 to 18:30 during the official reunion which includes the live streaming of the reunion and school principal’s speech in the beginning. (2) Join from 20:00-21:30 during the reunion after party. (3) Join both options 1 and option 2. Please let us know which option you would like to participate.
